Buynaksk hosts rally demanding to change city authorities

Buynaksk hosted a rally against the policy of the city leaders. According to the organizers of the rally, it was attended by about 500 people.

The rally was held on August 25 in Chkalov Street. It was organized by members of the "Party of Veterans of Russia", the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent reports.

Police forces were accumulated neat the place of the rally. Almost all of the entrances to Chkalov Street were blocked by power agents. Armoured personnel vehicles entered the central square of the city.

The protesters have expressed their dissatisfaction with the policy of the Buynaksk authorities in connection with the failure to solve a number of the problems of the city, including those related to water supply, gasification, and condition of roads.
