Manufacturers of chewing gum "Fuad and Samira Family" treat project as social

A chewing gum, which is copying the famous brand "Love Is" but adjusted for Muslim values, is manufactured by the "Arabian Secrets" Company, which has its representative office in Dagestan. Opinions about the new product have split among representatives of secular and religious circles.

The chewing gum with inserts about happiness in the family went on sale in May, said the international group of companies "Arabian Secrets".

"The development of the idea and designing of inserts took place in Khasavyurt, while the direct production was carried out at the candy factory in Podolsk," Ramazan Emeev, the owner and project manager of the "Arabian Secrets", told the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent.

According to his story, the plots in the inserts are the human values, same for all people, not just Muslims, namely: respect, reverence, mutual help and social cohesion. He stressed that the images on the inserts are not contrary to Islamic norms.

Opinions about the new product have split among representatives of secular and religious circles.

Abdulkhamid Gadjiev, the editor-in-chief of the Islamic Internet portal "IslamDag", has appreciated the business project of the "Arabian Secrets".

In his turn, a Dagestani writer Said Ninalalov spoke negatively about the idea of the Muslim chewing gum, calling it "another round of obscurantism in the republic."
