Bodies of men killed in Khasavyurt District of Dagestan given out to their relatives

Suspected militants killed in the Khasavyurt District have been identified as Zagidgadji Ismailov and Yusup Atabaev. According to investigators, they joined the armed underground less than one month ago.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that at night of June 22, two persons were killed in the Khasavyurt District. According to law enforcers, the suspects opened fire after their car was stopped for inspection.

Zagidgadji Ismailov, born in 1985, used to live in the village of Verkhnee Inkhelo of the Akhvakh District of Dagestan, and Yusup Atabaev, born in 1988, was a native of the Gudermes District of Chechnya. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Rasul Temirbekov, the Senior Assistant to the Chief of the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

"Their relatives have identified them and took away their bodies," Rasul Temirbekov has added.

Earlier, Zagidgadji Ismailov and Yusup Atabaev were not put in the wanted list. According to the law enforcement bodies, they entered the "Khasavyurt" militant grouping in this June.
