Cache with weapons and ammunition found in Dagestan

Law enforcers have taken three grenade launchers and ammunition, belonging to killed militants, out of a cache in Dagestan, the Chief Department for the North-Caucasian Federal District (NCFD) of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA) has reported.

According to the MIA, the location of the cache with weapons was established after a member of one of Makhachkala groupings was arrested.

The website of the above Chief Department for the NCFD of the MIA reports that "as a result of inspecting the cache, found near the cemetery in the village of Tarqui in Makhachkala, law enforcer took out three grenade launchers, TNT blocks, a submachine magazine with bullets, a grenade launcher round and a powder charge."

According to the MIA, the cache belonged to the leaders of the "Makhachkala" and "Caspian" grouping, who had been killed in a special operation.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on April 21 power agents took weapons and ammunition out of cache found in Dagestan; and on March 18 a cache with ammunition was liquidated in the Buynaksk District of Dagestan.
