OSCE monitoring finds no ceasefire violations in Nagorno-Karabakh conflict area
The routine monitoring by the OSCE mission of the troops contact line in the area of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict passed without incidents, said the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR).
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that on June 17 Azerbaijan declared 88 ceasefire violations in the conflict area. On June 15, the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD) accused Armenia of 94 ceasefire violations within the previous 24 hours. On June 13, its NKR's counterpart declared 150 ceasefire violations within the past week. According to the MoD of the NKR, the monitoring session took place on June 17.
"The monitoring passed in accordance with the schedule. No cease-fire violations were fixed. The monitoring mission on the Karabakh side was accompanied by officials of the MFA and MoD of the NKR," the "News-Armenia" quotes the MFA of the NKR.
Let us note here that the monitoring session conducted by the OSCE mission on May 5 also revealed no ceasefire violations.
