Zaur Dadaev's defence denies that pistol used to kill Nemtsov was found

In the case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov, the case materials include no murder weapon. The advocates are not aware of the allegedly appointed examination. This was declared by Shamsudin Tsakaev, an advocate of Zaur Dadaev.

On June 1, the "Rosbalt" reported with reference to a source in the law enforcement agencies that the materials of the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder included new video records, showing all the suspects involved in the crime, in particular, Zaur Dadaev and Ruslan Geremeev.

Today, the "Interfax" has reported with reference to its sources that investigators found the murder weapon, with which Boris Nemtsov was killed, and attached it to the case materials. Advocate Shamsudin Tsakaev has treated the information as "dissemination of false information." Besides, the advocate has stated he is not aware of the possible involvement in the criminal case of Ruslan Geremeev, the former officer of the battalion "Sever" (North) of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (MIA), and of his further inclusion in the wanted list, the "TASS" reports.

Let us remind you that on May 24, the "Interfax" reported with reference to its source that Ruslan Geremeev became a suspect in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder.
