In Dagestan, the investigating authorities have brought to the Rostov District Military Court the case against a resident of the Untsukul District, accused of involvement in the combat actions as an ISIL member. The man was detained at the Moscow airport when he was returning from Syria through Turkey.
According to investigators, a 27-year-old resident of the village of Kharachi is accused of the facts that in 2013, he went to Syria, where he was trained to carry out terrorist activities, and then he was involved in an armed conflict against government forces in Syria. This was reported to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by Rasul Temirbekov, the Senior Assistant to the Chief of the Investigating Department for Dagestan of the Investigating Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).
