According to Murad, a resident of the town of Mayakovsky in Grozny, the problems with electricity and water supply usually begin in spring and summer.

An official from the "Chechenenergo" has explained the interruptions in electricity supply by the planned activities carried out in the city.

"It was a scheduled disconnection to ensure maintenance activities. The electricity supply will be resumed by 4:00 p.m. of today," he has assured.
