State Duma rejects parliamentary inquiry into Boris Nemtsov's murder
Dmitry Gudkov, an MP of the State Duma, who initiated a parliamentary investigation into the murder of opposition politician Boris Nemtsov, announced he received a letter on refusal to carry out the investigation.
On his Facebook page, MP Dmitry Gudkov has reported that the State Duma refused to carry out a parliamentary investigation into the murder of Boris Nemtsov. The MP has sent an appropriate appeal to Sergey Naryshkin, the Speaker of the Russian Parliament.
Dmitry Gudkov explains that to submit the question of carrying out the parliamentary investigation to the State Duma House, he should collect 90 signatures of MPs of the State Duma.
Let us remind you that on May 15, it became known that the chief investigator was replaced in the case of the Boris Nemtsov's murder. This was reported by Shamsudin Tsakaev, an advocate of Zaur Dadaev, one of the defendants. At present, according to the advocate, the investigation team is headed by Nikolai Tutevich, who replaced Igor Krasnov.
