CTO regime cancelled in two cities and three districts of Dagestan
The counterterrorist operation (CTO) regime which had been in force since March 16, was cancelled in the cities of Khasavyurt and Kizilyurt and in the Khasavyurt, Kizilyurt, and Novolak Districts of Dagestan.
The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the CTO regime was introduced in the Novolak, Khasavyurt, and Kizilyurt Districts at midnight of March 16. The cities of Kizilyurt and Khasavyurt were also officially included in the area of special operations.
Today, an official from of the operational headquarters of the National Antiterrorist Committee (NAC) for Dagestan has announced the cancellation of the CTO regime in the two cities and three districts of Dagestan.
"Today, at 5:30 p.m., the CTO regime has been cancelled in the cities of Khasavyurt and Kizilyurt and in the Khasavyurt, Kizilyurt, and Novolak Districts," the "TASS" quotes the official from the operational headquarters as announcing.
Meanwhile, no results of the CTO have been reported yet.
