IED defused in Nalchik

In the morning of April 28, in Nalchik, an improvised explosive device (IED) was found at a park flower bed. In the evening, it was defused at the place.

"On Tuesday morning, a plastic bag with an improvised explosive device of unknown model was found on a flower bed at the intersection of Shogentsukov Avenue and Parkovaya Street," a source in the law enforcement bodies of Kabardino-Balkaria has reported today.

According to the source, combat engineers defused the IED at the place, since it was dangerous to transport it to some other place, the "Interfax" reports.

The dangerous IED was found in the so-called resort area of Nalchik, at a flower bed of the Atazhukinsky Garden, the RIA "Kabardino-Balkaria" reports.
