Court dismisses second advocate of Anzor Gubashev

At the request of Anzor Gubashev, one of the defendants in the case of the murder of politician Boris Nemtsov, the Basmanny District Court of Moscow has dismissed the advocate Magomed Mamaev from his duties to defend Anzor Gubashev.

The "Caucasian Knot" correspondent has reported that according to investigator Aseev, the case materials contain the Anzor Gubashev's letter waiving his second advocate Magomed Mamaev.

Anzor Gubashev himself has confirmed that he wrote a letter of waiver and did not object to the dismissal of his advocate from the defence.

According to Magomed Mamaev, he signed an agreement to defend the interests of Anzor Gubashev with his close relatives.
