Zaur Dadaev's advocate complains about non-admission to his client
Shamsudin Tsakaev, an advocate of Zaur Dadaev, one of the defendants accused of the murder of Boris Nemtsov, has sent a complaint to the Basmanny District Court of Moscow about the barriers in the defence of his client.
According to Shamsudin Tsakaev, he has submitted to investigator Igor Krasnov an order for defence of Zaur Dadaev. However, the advocate was not admitted to defend the suspect, and therefore, he filed to the Basmanny District Court of Moscow a complaint about the inaction of the head of the investigative group. This was told to the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent by the advocate himself. Shamsudin Tsakaev asks the court to declare the investigator's inaction illegal and oblige him to eliminate the violations.
Shamsudin Tsakaev has noted that, in accordance with the law, his complaint is to be considered by the Basmanny District Court within five days from the date of its filing, that is, until April 11.
Let us remind you that all the defendants in the case of the murder of Boris Nemtsov plead not guilty. On March 8, at the court session to announce the pre-trial restriction measure, the Judge stated that Zaur Dadaev's involvement in the murder "confirmed by his confession." However, on April 1, at the Moscow City Court, Zaur Dadaev stated that his initial testimony was given under pressure.
