Soldier of NKR Defence Army killed on contact line

Today, Ovsep Andreasyan, a soldier of the Defence Army of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic (NKR), has got a fatal gunshot wound.

Tonight, as a result of the shots made from the Azerbaijani side, Ovsep Andreasyan, a Karabakh soldier, born in 1995, has got a fatal gunshot wound, while on duty at the defensive area in the north-east direction, the NKR's Ministry of Defence (MoD) reports.

"An investigation into the incident is underway," the MoD announces.

Till present, no comments from the Azerbaijani side on the statement made by the MoD of the NKR are available.

However, this morning, the Azerbaijani MoD has accused the Armenian side of 47 shootings during one day.
