Relatives of Kizilyurt resident Rashid Isaev claim his advocate not allowed visiting him

This morning, Rashid Isaev, a resident of Kizilyurt, has been detained by law enforcers during the special operation carried out in his house. According to the detainee's relatives, the man has been brought to the Kizilyurt police station, and his advocate is not allowed visiting him.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that in Kizilyurt, law enforcement officers conducted a search in the house and yard located in Vishnevsky Street, where Rashid Isaev lived with his wife and two minor children. A sister of Rashid Isaev claims that during the search, the law enforcers planted weapons to the house, and Rashid Isaev was detained.

According to Bariyat, a detainee's sister, the special operation carried out in the house and yard belonging to Rashid Isaev involved staff members of the Centre for Combating Extremism, fighters of OMON (riot police), and local policemen.

The woman has claimed that the law enforcers "cordoned off the entire district;" they did not let the Isaev's wife leave the house and said rude things to her; they "wanted to detain her and threatened her that if she failed to enter the house, then they would use physical force against her."

The detainee's sister has also noted that the Isaev's relatives have not been provided with copies of the search protocol and that the advocate hired by the relatives for defence of Rashid Isaev is not allowed visiting his client.

Officials from the on duty unit of the Kizilyurt OMVD (District Interior Division) have confirmed conducting special operations in Kizilyurt, but refused to mention the reasons for them.
