Dzhokhar Tsarnaev to be brought to trial for killing policeman

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev accused of committing a terror act during the Boston Marathon Race will soon be brought to trial also for the murder of a police officer. According to the jury's decision, there are sufficient reasons for that.

According to investigators, several days after the terror act, Dzhokhar and Tamerlan Tsarnaev killed police officer Sean Collier in a suburb of Boston. Advocates of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev claim the police officer was shot and killed not by their client, but by his brother.

The Middlesex District Attorney's Office in Massachusetts has reported that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev will be charged of the Sean Collier's murder after the trial in his case of the terror act committed during the Boston Marathon is completed. This is expected to occur no sooner than in several months, the TASS reports.

The court hearing with a jury was started in Boston on March 4. During that time, the court listened to more than 50 witnesses in the case. On March 19, attorneys showed the jury the contents of the PCs used to belong to Tsarnaev brothers and bombs made, according to the investigators, by the brothers themselves.
