Azerbaijan declares shelling its positions by Armenian party

As reported by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defence (MoD), over the past 24 hours, in different sections of the contact line of Azerbaijani and Armenian troops, the ceasefire was violated for 34 times.

According to its data, the positions of Azerbaijani Armed Forces stationed on the nameless heights in the Gazakh District and near a number of villages were shelled.

The News Agency "Trend" reports, referring to the MoD, that Azerbaijani soldiers opened return fire.

According to the Karabakh party, during the week on March 1-7, the position of the NKR's Defence Army was shelled for 1000 times.

The "News-Armenia" reports, with reference to the NKR's MoD, that the Azerbaijani party used, apart from firearms, mortars and grenade launchers, an antiaircraft mounting ZU-23-2.
