Employees of the MoD of Transbaikal Territory will respond for recruiting Permyakov

By the outcomes of the work of the commission of the Russian Ministry of Defence (MoD), hospital staff and officials of the military commissariat in the Transbaikal Territory will be punished in connection with involvement in conscription of Valery Permyakov, who is accused of a mass murder in Gyumri. This was announced by Dmitry Kiselyov, the chief of the division of moral and psychological support of the 29th Field Army.

More than 50 employees of the MoD, including those from the Transbaikal Territory, will be held liable for the conscription of Valery Permyakov, said Dmitry Kiselyov on February 27 at the sitting of the Council of the Assembly of Transbaikal Nations.

Earlier, media reported that during his service in the city of Chita, Permyakov spent over a month in the psychiatric ward of the Military Clinical Hospital because of severe behavioural disorders, the "Zabmedia" reports.

The information that Permyakov was treated at the psychiatric ward of Hospital No. 321 of the Far-Eastern Military District was confirmed by Yuri Bystrov, the head of department for working with citizens of the Transbaikal Territorial Commissariat.
