Azerbaijan asks European Commission to observe situation in Nagorny Karabakh
The Azerbaijan leadership addressed a request to the European Union on May 18 to help settle the conflict situation in Nagorny Karabakh. In particular, the president of the country, Ilkham Aliyev, asked the European Commission, the European Union's executive body, to assume functions of an observer of the situation in Karabakh.
