Death of one of supposed militants killed in Grozny was reported by power agents reported in 2011

One of the militants killed on December 4 in Grozny turned to be the 26-year-old Anzor Taramov, a resident of the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya, said a law enforcement source. However, back in September 2011, law enforcers already reported that Taramov was killed in Grozny at rendering armed resistance.

The "Caucasian Knot" has reported that the inquiry into the attack on law enforcers committed in Grozny is conducted by a group of more than 50 experts of the Chief Investigating Department for the North-Caucasian Federal District of the ICRF, who should also identity the killed militants. Earlier, it was reported that four of them had been identified.

According to a law enforcement source, one of them has been identified as Anzor Taramov, 26, a resident of the Achkhoi-Martan District of Chechnya, who was on the federal wanted list for involvement in IAFs.

Let us note here that on September 17, 2011, in Grozny, a suspected member of the armed underground was shot dead: in answer to power agents' demand to stop, he opened fire and was killed in the shootout. As reported them by the Chechen MIA, he was Anzor Taramov, 23, a resident of the Achkhoi-Martan District.
