President of Notary Bar of Dagestan suspected of fraud

Magomed Djalaev, the president of the Notary Bar of Dagestan is a suspect in a criminal case on fraud.

According to prosecutors of Dagestan, Djalaev acquired ownership right on a household in the village of Novy Tarki, which later housed the Republic's Notary Bar.

The president misled the Bar members, saying that the household was purchased on the funds of the Bar, investigators assert.

Thereafter, Djalaev passed the household into rent to a local woman, who then entered into a lease agreement with the Notary Bar. In the period of the contract she received more than 5 million roubles.
