Russia's Sledge Federation denies collapse of roof of bobsleigh track in Sochi

The Sledge Federation of Russia has denied the information about a partial collapse of the roof of the sledge-bobsleigh track in Sochi under the weight of wet snow. A message about the incident appeared on December 9 in one of social networks.

"It's all OK with the bobsleigh track in Sochi," the "Sport-Express" reports with reference to the press service of the Russian Sledge Federation.

Currently, the main athletes of the Russian national team are on their pre-Olympic training at the Sledge Centre Named "Sanki (Sledge).

The Federation released its statement after in the morning on December 9 a Facebook user under the nickname "Maria Orlovskaya" posted a message about a collapse of a part of the roof of the sledge-bobsleigh track at night after a strong snowfall. Later, this information appeared in other social networks.
