The alleged infringer of the border with Russia, who committed suicide bombing and wounded two border guards, was a resident of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (KBR), said the Prosecutor's Office of the Sumy Region of Ukraine.

The man died in the incident, wounding two border guards, who were hospitalized in grave condition to the GlukhovDistrictHospital, where they were operated on.

The casualty was born in 1982 and registered in the city of Chegem. "There were four residents of Moldova and one Russian in the car; the latter was the above KBR resident; and he triggered his bomb," the ITAR-TASS quotes the message of the press service of the Prosecutor's Office of the Sumy Region.
