Azerbaijan kidnappers detained in Moscow

Four citizens of Azerbaijan who abducted a Palestinian have been detained in Moscow, reported the information and public relations division of the Moscow City Interior Department.

The kidnappers demanded a ransom of 150 thousand rubles for the man. A friend of the latter turned to the police.

The Palestinian was released and his supposed kidnappers were detained during an operation on March 23.
