Most Russians find authorities to be responsible for aid workers' safety

An express survey conducted within the framework of the Rikoshet program via interactive phones has revealed that 68% of the respondents find Russian authorities to be responsible for the safety of aid workers, including those in the North Caucasus. 32% hold aid agencies themselves are responsible for their workers' safety.

Altogether 1,906 phone calls were received by Echo Moskvy Radio for 5 minutes of the survey.
