Shoger Matevosyan, the editor-in-chief of the Armenian newspaper "Fourth Power" has stated that she is not afraid of the lawsuit, filed by blogger Tigran Kocharyan to court against her newspaper. Date of the court at the suit is still unknown.

Tigran Kocharyan, known under the nickname Elephant, filed the lawsuit to the court against the legal entity, publishing the newspaper "Fourth Power" and demanded monetary compensation and the newspaper's refutation and the public apology for the material, published on July 15 and entitled "Fascist and Elephant". According to Tigran Kocharyan, the article attributes to him "serving the authorities" with use of swear words in his address.

"I am not involved in solving the issues, related to judicial affairs of the newspaper. And I have absolutely no interest in the problems of 'the blogger-mlogger'," stated Shoger Matevosyan in her interview to the Armenian-language electronic resource "asekose.am".

The blogger Tigran Kocharyan himself emphasizes that if he wins the case in the trial, he will use the obtained compensation of 3 million drams (about 7300 US dollars) for purchasing sports equipment for rural schools of Karvachar of Nagorno-Karabakh.
