Police lieutenant-colonel assassinated in Kabardino-Balkaria

Today, in the village of Khasanya of Kabardino-Balkaria, Police Lieutenant-Colonel Vadim Sultanov, 36, an employee of Centre "E", was killed, the "Caucasian Knot" correspondent was told at the Investigatory Department for Kabardino-Balkaria of the Investigatory Committee of the Russian Federation (ICRF).

The murder was committed at about 8:30 p.m. Moscow time near Sultanov's house in Attoev Street.

"The place is studied by an operative group. The circumstances of the murder are being investigated," said the Investigatory Division.
