SC of Karachay-Cherkessia starts hearings on Ismail Bostanov's murder case

As reported on December 3 by the press service of the Supreme Court (SC) of Karachay-Cherkessia, the murder case of Ismail Bostanov, deputy chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Karachay-Cherkessia and Stavropol Territory, underwent its first public hearing.

The defendants refused to plead guilty of incriminated crimes; however, they refused to express their opinions on the indictment.

After fixing the order of examining evidences on the case, the hearing was reappointed on December 9, the RIA "Novosti" reports.
