Security and stability in Northern Caucasus

The Peacemaking Mission named after General Lebed is going to hold a coordinating conference devoted to the analysis of the Russian population element in providing security and stability in the Northern Caucasus. It is to take place on November 14-15.

Representatives of the public authorities, scientific community, public and humanitarian organizations will be participants in the conference.
